Return & Refund Policy

At A God Moment, every item is made to order through our print‑on‑demand partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind. However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To process a replacement, please email us at support@agodmoment.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

• A clear photo of the damaged item

• A photo of the packaging as it arrived

• Your order number

There is no need to ship the item back. Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement right away.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days at support@agodmoment.com with your order number and photos. We will correct the issue promptly.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because our products are custom printed when ordered, we cannot accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Minor variations in print placement or color tone (normal in print‑on‑demand production)

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, as each item is created specifically for you.
